CEHS Scholarships
The College of Education and Human Services offers a limited number of scholarships for graduate and undergraduate students. Awards are based on demonstrated ability and/or financial need. Funding is made possible by the generous support of alumni and friends through the WVU Foundation, Inc.
WVU Undergraduate Scholarship Office
Each year, the Undergraduate Scholarship Office awards over $34 million in scholarships to over 7,000 first year students from West Virginia and around the world. The criteria for scholarship awards are based on your high school GPA from your transcript at the time of application, and the test scores from the ACT or SAT. West Virginia University Graduate Student Tuition Waivers
Waivers of University tuition are provided for graduate students with assistantships and fellowships, for graduate students who are awarded merit waivers, and for eligible WVU employees. WVU Student Employment
West Virginia University offers various part-time and seasonal student jobs to help offset the cost of education and to build attractive resumes. The WVU Student Employment office is available for one-on-one job search assistance with individual students or student groups. TEACH Grant
The Federal Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant Program provides grants per term (based on enrollment status) to students who intend to teach in a public or private elementary or secondary school that serves students from low-income families.
