Please Note: All submitted news articles or general announcements must involve an official WVU unit or have a direct connection the University and its related organizations or initiatives.

Share College Announcements, Events, Etc.

Complete the form, below, to submit college announcements for internal and external use. These submissions can include events (workshops, conferences, speakers, forums etc.), publications, student or faculty awards, and other news. Once submitted, the advancement office will determine the best outlet. This outlets include the internal CEHS Update e-newsletter (sent every Monday), WVU Mountaineer E-news (sent each day), WVU Today (which reaches outside media outlets), and/or social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

Submissions sent Monday through Thursdays will be included in the following Monday morning CEHS Update edition. All submissions sent in AFTER 4:00 pm on Thursdays will be included in the next week's edition. So, please make note of the timeliness of your submissions.

We are always collecting stories for our monthly e-news, general press releases, social media, website, and other print publications. Please use this form to submit your story, or a story about someone else, that you think would be interesting to share. We are looking to highlight stories about students, alumni, faculty, programs, or events.
